  • Direction For Use : Cook 100g of toordal, 200g of cut vegetables, a pinch of turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp oil with 4 cups of water in a cooker, Grind 2tbsp of IHP Iyengars Sambar POwder with 2tbsp of freshly grated coconut. Add the mixture to cooked dhal and vegetables, add salt to taste, 1 tbsp of tamarind pulp, 1tbsp jaggery and let it boil for 10 mins and stir often. Season with 2tbsp oil, 1 tbsp mustard, curry leaves and a pinch of hing. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Rice Idly, Vada, Dosa etc..
