- Direction For Use : Cook 100f of toordal with 2 cups of tomato puree (or 3 chopped tomatoes) , a pinch of turmeric, 1tbsp oil with 5 cups(800ml) of water, to this add 2tbsp IHP Rasam POwer, 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut(Optional), !tbsp jaggery, and salt as required. Let it boil for 10 minutes, stir along. Season with 1tbsp ghee, half tbsp jeera, dry chilli pieces(optional) and a pinch of hing. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
